Who it fits
People from about 5′6″ to 6′8″ tall. The seat goes from 17″ to 21.5″ high and slides from 17.75″ to 19.5″ deep: the seat height and depth that range needs. It’s rated for 450 lb, so it suits people up to about 360 lb with the 25% headroom we look for.
Who should look elsewhere
- If you’re shorter than 5′6″: the seat is 17.75″ deep at its shortest, and at 5′5″ you need 17″ or less, so the edge presses behind your knees. Try the Herman Miller Sayl, which fits from 5′0″.
