Who it fits
People from about 5′1″ to 6′8″ tall. The seat goes from 16″ to 21″ high and slides from 16.25″ to 18.5″ deep: the seat height and depth that range needs. It’s rated for 400 lb, so it suits people up to about 320 lb with the 25% headroom we look for.
Who should look elsewhere
- If you’re shorter than 5′1″: the seat is 16.25″ deep at its shortest, and at 5′0″ you need 15.5″ or less, so the edge presses behind your knees. Try the Herman Miller Embody, which fits from 4′9″.
