What this means for you
- A standard 29.5″ desk is about 2.5″ too high for you. Either choose a height-adjustable desk that goes down to 27″, or raise your chair to reach the desk and add a 2.5″ footrest.
- Most office chairs fit you. Aim for a seat depth of 18.5″ or a little less.
- For a standing desk, make sure its height range covers both 27″ (sitting) and 43″ (standing).
