What this means for you
- A standard 29.5″ desk is about 3.5″ too high for you. Either choose a height-adjustable desk that goes down to 26″, or raise your chair to reach the desk and add a 3.5″ footrest.
- Most office chairs fit you. Aim for a seat depth of 18″ or a little less.
- For a standing desk, make sure its height range covers both 26″ (sitting) and 42″ (standing).
