What this means for you
- A standard 29.5″ desk is about 4″ too high for you. Either choose a height-adjustable desk that goes down to 25.5″, or raise your chair to reach the desk and add a 4″ footrest.
- Most office chairs fit you. Aim for a seat depth of 17.5″ or a little less.
- For a standing desk, make sure its height range covers both 25.5″ (sitting) and 40.5″ (standing).
